Full post-occupancy interview analysis report released
Following the release of the Occupant Centred Retrofit guide, the Institute for Sustainability has published the full Post Occupancy Interview Analysis report. Focusing on a sample of the Technology Strategy Board's Retrofit for the Future (R4tF) projects in London, this study captures the lessons learned from occupants' experiences of the retrofit process.
